Research Leadership Program

Overview
This high level program, tailored to the needs of the research community, will enhance leadership skills and assist in understanding the complex research environment within Australia. Participants will examine their leadership style, how to build effective teams and collaborations, and encourage innovation within their organisation.
The program will be highly experiential and will encourage personal reflection, feedback and exploration of personal leadership challenges.
Designed for
This program is designed for research leaders and aspiring research leaders within universities, research institutions and research and development organisations.
Delivery mode
Three modules of four days, two days and one day over a 15 week period. Between modules participants will work on a small, action learning project (individual or team) and establish an online learning community.

Module 1: 26-30 July, Deakin Management Centre, Geelong, VIC.
Module 2: 13-15 September, Deakin Management Centre, Geelong, VIC.
Module 3: 5 November, LH Martin Institute, Carlton, VIC.

AU$9,959(incl. GST). Fee includes all materials, meals, accommodation, individual coaching sessions, and ongoing access to online resources and learning community.
